Frequently asked questions
Do my guests need to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phones.
Do you filter out negative reviews?

Never. Every guest gets the same review request. Filtering reviews breaks Google’s rules and goes against how we work.
Can I stop whenever I like?

Yes. There is no contract, it runs month to month.
Can I take just one module?

Yes. Each module works on its own. All three together cost €249 a month ex VAT instead of €297.
